Sarah is the Chief Experience Officer at VBP, where she oversees the operations and development of our global services team, ensuring exceptional client experience. As a qualified financial adviser and mortgage broker with a decade of experience in the financial services industry, Sarah has held various leadership roles at VBP that have significantly contributed to our growth and service innovation.

As Head of Commercial and Strategy (HCS), Eloisa is a senior business leader on critical initiatives. She has strategic deliverables to address core planning and outcomes in terms of resource planning, technology roadmap, people and leadership development.
A graduate of BS Business Administration – majoring in Business Analytics, Eloisa has 15 years of experience on her sleeve as a Senior Operations Manager and Process Excellence Manager. She also has experience in Mid-line Management, Executive Client Management, Robotics Design and Deployment, and Project Management.
Apart from that, she is a Six Sigma Certified – Black Belt and LEAN Facilitator.
As the Segment Head for Invest Blue, VBP’s largest legacy client, Chy is responsible for strategic goal setting, growth, and operational efficiency. She began her VBP career as a Financial Planning Assistant, progressing to Client Services Manager in 2018 and then to Operations Manager in 2020.
Chy’s background in BPO customer service and her dedication to client relations enables her to strengthen VBP’s client partnerships. Her experience in managing multiple clients gives her a solid foundation in team management and operational excellence.

Jabber is the Segment Head for Corporate Accounts at VBP, bringing nearly a decade of industry experience and eight years in leadership. His previous role overseeing the client onboarding team provides him with valuable insights into strategic, client-focused support.

Paulo’s journey within VBP began in 2016 as a Financial Planning Assistant, transitioning to a Paraplanning role from 2018 to 2020. Recognised for his dedication and expertise, he was promoted to Client Services Manager, a position he held from 2020 to 2024. Now, as Segment Lead, Paulo focuses on advancing strategic growth and client satisfaction within the IFA segment.
